The Butler's Nook space
The Butler's Nook (Annex) offers a spacious en suite bedroom on the first floor where you'll find both bath and freestanding powerful shower (note Septic Tank, no flushing anything apart of Toilet paper) including toilet paper, towels, bathrobes, sleepers. A king size bed with a built-in TV with 100+ channels and a Chromecast, which allows you to use Netflix, Sky etc. to watch movies from your phone.
Downstairs you find a full kitchen with a table and stools. Appliances include; washer/dryer, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, grill and hob, small fridge/freezer
From the kitchen steps descend to a cozy living space equipped with TV with 100+ channels and a Chromecast, Tablet Samsung Galaxy, oak dining table with seating for four, and a comfortable chesterfield sofa bed and armchair.
Fast and reliable 4G wi-fi connection and central heating throughout the property.
Parking place provided for 1 car only.
Area space of the Butler's Nook approximately 70.10 square-metres/754.58 square-feet.
Specific outdoor space is provided only for use of yoga exercise or romantic picnic arrangement.

View from bedroom and kitchen on the main garden and pool area, however this areas are private and under maintenance and landscaping. You can arrange private use for yoga or a private picnic use.
Housekeeping
There is a possibility of extra charge cleaning once a week if arranged for a longer stay.
Pool and Woodland Area
In old days there was a pool area but as this was not maintained for a many many years, it become tree shrub area. Woodland area is facing the courtyard area.
Dinner
There is a option for Just Eat app, local pubs and restaurants. If you would like a cooked meal/dinner this can be arranged in well advanced time with us.
